Q. Is The Treasure Box Club a membership, or do I just buy one kit at a time?
A. It's a membership - but very flexible! You can choose to skip any month (simply by e-mailing me by the 7th, you'll always have a week to preview the next kit) or cancel your membership at any time.  

Q. Do you ever offer kits for individual sale?
A. YES - don't want to sign up?  You can purchase the kit individually for a slightly higher price.  In addition, all of the items under "past kits" are single purchase only. IF you are a member, any of these items can ship with your next kit with free/reduced shipping, if not, regular shipping rates apply. 

Q. Why can't I view the photos on your website?
A. The pages that include full color photos of each 8x8 and 12x12 page, along with complete instructions and sketches, is viewable ONLY by current members of The Treasure Box Club. To access these pages you need the password included in your monthly kit.

Q. If I have questions while putting my album/pages together, what do I do?
A. Just ask! I am happy to answer you asap. You can reach me via email here: tracy@thetreasureboxclub.com or, you can post on the message board and get advice from our great group of scrapbookers!

Q. What if I paid with PayPal? How will I receive my next month's kit?
A. You will receive link to sign up for PayPal recurring payments a few days before your 2nd kit is due to ship.

Q.  How long will the photos & instructions stay accessible on the website?                                                                              

A.  They will be up for at least 6 months...  I'm sure your life is as hectic as mine and sometimes we just need some extra time!
